Rafflesia Wellness

The company takes it’s name from Rafflesia, which is the biggest flower on earth. The company’s spa and wellness centre showcases a Balinese theme and they are one of its kind in both Kota Kinabalu as well as Kuching. It offers wellness services and treatments to its guests that come from different corners of the world including wedding packages. The interiors are decorated and themed.

Your spa treatment begins as you enter the doors of Rafflesia Spa with calming scents of aromatic herbs that distributes throughout the spa. The spa is designed specifically to have a Balinese feel, with wooden furnishings and Balinese deco surrounding.

Rafflesia Academy

Rafflesia Academy was formed in 2015 and is located in Kuching, Sarawak with the aim to train and equip aspiring spa therapists and beauticians to have a career in the growing wellness industry.

Treatments

1. Foot Therapy - 60 mins

An ancient foot massage to stimulate nerve reflexes of the feet. Recommended for healing of stress, circulatory problems and elimination of toxins.

2. Balinese Body Aromatherapy - 60 mins

Uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and aromatherapy oils to stimulate the blood circulation. Works deeply to soothe damaged tissue, and relieve strained muscles. Balinese massage aims to relieve wide range of ailments such as migraine, muscles and joint pain, stress, depression and asthma. The use of aroma oils is calming and relaxing.
